The staff were friendly. The breakfast was disappointing, and the constant noise was annoying.

The hotel gives decent value for the price, and the newly renovated lobby feels both stylish and clean. The breakfast spread has a few tasty choices, and the pool area is appealing for both adults and kids. However, rooms facing the street can be quite noisy, the overall luxury feels modest, the bathrooms look a bit old‑fashioned and have an unpleasant odor, and lights from other areas stay on at night and can’t be turned off.
The hotel sits beside a beautiful stretch of tea plantations, which is a real highlight. The downside was that we were woken early by staff bringing breakfast to our room even though we hadn’t ordered it.
