I was disappointed with the room: it was filthy and had a strong odor that made staying there uncomfortable.

The hotel looked clean in the photos on the booking site, but the actual room was dirty and the bedsheet was filthy. I couldn’t use the toilet because the cover was broken; when I asked for a fix, they said they could only remove the cover so we could sit without it, and there was no alternative room available. The toilet exhaust was also not working. I had to leave and find another place to stay. The staff offered no assistance.
