Free room upgrade. The only downside was the difficulty of getting a taxi in the area, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The location is great and the price is reasonable, but the TV in my room was broken and the cable service didn’t work.

I forgot to get my deposit back. I tried to contact the hotel through the booking platform, but they never responded, so the money wasn’t returned.
