The location is excellent for those heading to Cinque Terre, very close to the station and also to bars and restaurants in La Spezia, which helped us a lot, plus it’s near a market and pharmacy. The room is small but comfortable, with everything you need. Spending the day in Cinque Terre was great. We were three in the room, no problems. The “breakfast” is a toast with jam, and there’s no refill if you stay more than a day, but it covers emergencies. We were startled by noisy neighbors on arrival, but it was brief. Nothing that spoils the stay. The room is a good deal for the price. We recommend it.

La chambre est très bien située par rapport à la gare pour les 5 terres, pour se balader dans la spézia. Les echanges avec le propriétaire était très cordiale. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. le logement n'est pas très lumineux. Il faut toujours allumer la lumière c'est l'inconvénient d être sur cour

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful place, very good contact with the owner, but the wall cleanliness and the condition of some furniture were an issue.
