We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from San Bernardo metro station, and the city centre and sights are easily reachable on foot. Communication with the hosts was great and we would gladly return. The bathroom was small.

It’s unpleasant that the moment you arrive you see a sign in the lobby where the residents mention that the accommodation is reported as an illegal short‑term rental. That it is an illegal vacation apartment.

The area is good and the room was clean. I didn’t like that the listing didn’t describe that the bathroom is very small, practically for only one person and very uncomfortable. The building says renting a room is illegal and it’s also quite expensive for what’s offered. There’s no air conditioning, a coffee maker without water, no cups and no capsules, which, given the price, I consider a minimum.

It was a big room. There are signs in the building stating that renting the room is not legal, and when we entered the building people asked us what we were doing there. The fact that renting rooms there was illegal made us feel very uncomfortable.
