I didn't like anything. I booked through your App i.e. . While reaching at location, I called Hotel person and he told, no room is vacant. We didn't allow person who booked online portal. Note: Next time I will not booked Hotel through this portal. Just want to know if there is no any control and link with your portal and Hotel then why did you confirm that " Your Booking is confirmed". I was moving either and theither at 2AM in the morning to search Hotels in Mussoorie. I didn't like anything. I booked through your App i.e. . Location is good, just 3 minutes walking from Picture Palace and the start of Mall Road. The room and toilet are modern and exceptionally well maintained. You will feel a pungent smell of rotten vegetables during entry at the hotel reception due to a vegetable shop on the ground floor section and a similar smell at the reception area.

Room location and staff and cleanliness were very good. We booked online but were charged more than the rate listed.

I had a positive experience at this hotel. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff provided helpful service. The hotel is located in a quiet alley in the centre of Mussoorie, within easy walking distance of many places of interest.
