The location is good. Daily work is very noisy.
“Majunga en Juin”
The big pool, the setting, and the hotel’s location were great, and the restaurant plus the various dining spots around the pool were nice. The lack of an elevator makes it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
I usually find the residence offers good value for money, but the rooms we were given on arrival didn’t match the booking description: the first room had two large beds. What annoyed me was that they kept showing us other rooms, claiming they’d been used before, even though I’d stayed there several times previously. They offered everything except the room I had booked on the site, even though the hotel seemed empty at that time. If rooms aren’t available they shouldn’t be listed on the booking platform; at best it’s sloppy, at worst it’s false advertising. Traveling with a small child, we had come for a family getaway and left frustrated, heading elsewhere.
The staff were genuinely very welcoming and attentive! The restaurant was excellent and the pool was truly large. The room’s equipment felt a bit outdated, and the shower being so close to the toilet was somewhat annoying. The location isn’t the best, but it’s still acceptable.
