“A deeply unpleasant, dirty and unhygienic place that I would never recommend to anyone.”

Free parking right at the hotel was handy. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was filthy and poorly ventilated; the window wouldn’t open, the AC was dirty, and the air felt stuffy. The bed was awful, and the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbors—sleep was impossible. The bathroom was the worst: visible mold made it disgusting and unhygienic, so we barely wanted to use it. The whole place looked neglected and in dire need of deep cleaning and renovation. We asked for a refund because of the mold, but the staff just painted over the affected area instead of fixing it. I’ve stayed in many places, and this was genuinely the worst experience ever. I would never return or recommend it to anyone; staying here was a nightmare.

“Great location, excellent service and a comfortable stay”

The spot is super central right in Thai Town, with tons of food spots and a shopping plaza that includes a Ralphs—perfect for budget travelers who want to cut out pricey restaurant meals. There’s also a Ross nearby if you forget something, plus a Target. The place is overall excellent in location and service. The only small gripe was that the bathroom walls could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn’t really affect our stay.
