The host was very kind, escorting us to the entrance at midnight, which would be hard to find if you were outside the city. Ideal for those who love peace and the countryside.

“Firenze bellissima, posizione location ottima, location pessima.”

The location is good. The road to the host is really complicated, practically impossible to reach on a motorcycle, especially at night. The apartment was very damp, cold, and lacked natural light. The furnishings were shabby, assembled from various items. The bathrooms were poorly functional; while showering water leaked from the corridor wall. The kitchenette was cramped with two electric burners. On the second day, unable to stay in the dampness, we requested a room change to a more comfortable, brighter one next door. The host kindly accepted. Even in the requested apartment there were unacceptable issues: the bathroom door was loose and couldn't close properly, and humidity was on all walls, including the bedroom area. The shower didn't deserve comment. Overall a bad experience, and on the third night we abandoned the stay and returned home, losing €100.

“Esperienza poco gratificante nonostante la loro gentilezza.”

The owner was really friendly, but the path isn't suitable for low cars, the bathroom needs a redo, the room smells moldy, and the Wi‑Fi doesn't work.

The place is wonderfully located between olive groves and vineyards, just 20 minutes from Florence.
