The spot was close to tram line 1, the value for money was excellent, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and included in the room rate. The staff were friendly, and even though there was a language barrier, they tried hard to help us with everything.

The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, yet there was nothing else to mention.

Everything is fine, but the reception staff should be at least a little more friendly; there is not even a greeting to the guest, and even if they do not speak English they should say hello or goodbye when guests arrive or leave.
