“Not satisfactory”
The size of room was decent. Towels, poor quality. Breakfast, poor quality. Split AC, noisy and not cooling enough. Central AC not working. Bed not so comfortable. No liquor licence
Location and venue
“Bad”
Breakfast was a real letdown; when the hotel had fewer than ten guests, the buffet disappeared, which was utterly disappointing. 😡
“Very bad”
Nothing very poor. Everything
The lobby air‑conditioning was broken and the shower never produced hot water.
