The value for money is excellent, the spot is ten minutes from the pyramids, a local neighborhood with eateries and markets, and it’s fine to go on your own without guides; breakfast is included and staff speak English and some Spanish, and honestly everything was pretty good.

A vista da pirâmide. A localização é ruim, o café da manhã é pessimo, colocam fotos no booking com um café da manhã farto e com diversas variedades e servem apenas um croissant para cada hóspede sem nenhuma bebida. Pedi um almoço no hotel e demorou mais de 2 horas para ficar pronto. O banheiro inunda quando ligamos o chuveiro

The staff were modest yet provided excellent service and a good breakfast, though the location made it a bit tricky for Uber pickups.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly; on one day the air conditioner was shut for an hour and when we asked why they said it was resting, and there is no key for the elevator, so we have to call reception to get it.
