The location was very quiet and the staff, especially the housekeeper and Francesca, were really friendly. However, we had to wait a long time for coffee both at breakfast and at the pool, and the service there was slow and seemed understaffed; the breakfast buffet also offered very few choices for a five‑star hotel.
