The breakfast was delicious, but the hot springs, while well-equipped, treat women poorly at certain times; I wish they’d make the schedule fairer and avoid the male‑centric bias.
Breakfast and dinner were very plentiful, and the bath was excellent.

The staff are outstanding—friendly, efficient, and solution‑oriented—but the hotel itself feels dated and in need of renovation; some rooms give off a stale, damp odor that makes them uncomfortable, many lack private bathrooms, and the showers are only in the onsens, which are closed for several hours a day, so you can’t shower.
