The location is excellent, perfect for many hikes. Breakfast is varied and fresh. The guest card gives perks like free public transport. The pool and spa area is beautiful. The staff are not very friendly and you feel like a nuisance all the time. The room is a little dated but still comfortable.

The park and pool area are great, and the lobby feels welcoming. Breakfast and the kitchen are excellent. The minibar in the room was empty. Some expected four‑star details were missing, and there was no concierge. Also, the room still locked with a key instead of a card (at least in our rooms).

The staff were very friendly, the location fantastic, and the breakfast was super tasty. We also dined there for dinner and it was great. The spa is nice, but it’s adults‑only; family hours would be a plus.

It’s a hotel with good facilities, but my room was a single room in a cramped space. The staff were unfriendly.
