We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. Breakfast was good, and the location was another big plus—great area, within easy walking distance of the city centre. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is very nice and well designed, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfasts were delicious. We also visited the other two Gaia properties, one in Alacati town and another close by on the sea, and both were lovely. The only drawback was the Saturday market, which was very loud, crowded, and right in front of the hotel, lasting all day.

The hotel is very beautiful! I highly recommend it; the room was wonderful, one of the best I’ve stayed in, and the location is great, right in the heart of the city centre. The staff are kind and professional.

The staff didn't speak English and the room was very dark, plus there's no elevator access.

The staff were kind and available, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect, but the bathroom facilities and a few small details like more space and the cleanliness of the room’s garden were only acceptable and didn't match the price.
