There was no breakfast offered and no restaurant. It was very difficult to get to, with no signage or advertising for Atria by re doorrz, and the security staff misinformed us; knowing to present at tower 3 would have been very useful.

The location is good and the security staff was nice, and the room was okay for me but didn’t meet my expectations. The check‑in process was exhausting because the host couldn’t be reached at the listed number; I had to go through customer service and email the host, which was time‑consuming before I could finally connect. She was also not hospitable with guest questions, and some queries were not answered.

Although I didn't personally stay at this hotel, my fiancé and her cousin had a great experience, and I got to live vicariously through the photos she sent me. The staff seemed friendly, which made a big impression on them since it was their first time in a high-end hotel. However, there was a bit of a hiccup when they woke up to find no water available the next morning. Overall, they were particularly fond of the comfort and the pool.
