The staff here are incredible - I was really ill and they kept bringing me stuff to my room and checking in on me.

Lovely stay. Very comfortable bed, warm duvets as it can get pretty cold in the night in this area. Jacuzzi was awesome, hot and ready at the arrival. Bathrooms were a bit outdated, not comfortable to take a shower in a bathtub. Curtains are not very good, all night you get the light from the outside through
The décor was very pretty. Based on the description (room size, photo), we were unsure if the bathroom was shared, which was a deal‑breaker for us. Once on site, we were pleasantly surprised to find the accommodation was actually a small private villa with a jacuzzi. We loved relaxing as a family with the billiards. The view from the terrace of the rooms and the restaurant is extraordinary. The bathroom had humidity problems (undersized VMC) and was noisy (dogs and roosters from the neighbors, a prayer ceremony in a nearby building until 22:00/22:30). The dining options were also very limited and pricey.

The environment was peaceful, the room was large, the staff were great, and the food was very good. The bathroom was a bit old‑fashioned.
The reception, the staff’s friendliness, the private jacuzzi, and the restaurant/ breakfast were all positives. The location was too remote, the ground‑floor room was cold and damp. We didn’t have water one night, but it was fixed early the next morning as soon as we reported it.

The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was dirty, we found a cockroach and it smelled awful. One of our rooms had no electricity the first night.
