The bed was super comfy, but the toilet looked filthy as if someone’d just used it, and no staff came to clean it so I had to do it myself. Bugs and spiders swarmed the room, even dead ones in the bed, and the shower wouldn’t heat up – the knob just spun uselessly.

Everything was great! The staff were helpful, respectful, and eager to meet any request. Breakfast was delicious, and they ensured fresh coffee each morning. The pillows were comfortable, the bed relaxing, and the room tidy. The onsite pool was clean, well maintained, and comfortable; the water was not icy, all pumps worked flawlessly, and the pool area was lovely. Towels were placed on every lounge chair, visibly fresh and replaced daily. The only minor wish was for a jacuzzi and sauna.

The location was convenient for all the activities we planned. Unfortunately, the staff were rarely present, and the free breakfast was only adequate with no staff supervising.

The staff were friendly, the location suited our needs, and the room was large and clean. Parking was easy to access and well lit. The bed felt a bit firm for my bad back, but I managed with extra pillows.
