The low‑profile bed was good for staying with a baby, and there’s a washing machine (though I couldn’t figure out the detergent—it kept foaming inside). Simple cooking tools are available, towels and water are plentiful, the location is neither great nor bad, the floor is hardwood instead of carpet so there’s less dust, and the bedding is generous. The pillows are too uncomfortable, feeling like cut plastic straws rather than fluffy cotton or goose down. The hair dryer is unusable—essentially nonexistent. The noise is extremely loud, enough to cause sudden hearing loss, and the wind is so weak it’s useless—worst! It should definitely be replaced. The water temperature fluctuates wildly, making it hard to bathe a baby or even an adult, alternating between hot and cold repeatedly, which will be worse in winter. Soundproofing is terrible; you can hear the upstairs neighbors clearly, and even cars outside are audible. There’s a sewer right at the entrance, and it seems to attract roaches, so it’s a nightmare every time you come in.
