The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the food was good. The hotel is close to public transport, making it easy to move around with a stroller or luggage. The room, breakfast and reception area were a bit smaller than we expected, but it wasn’t a major issue. The building’s existing structure probably makes it hard to achieve a standard hotel size.

The staff were courteous. The location was perfect for reaching the station, the vaporetto, and the city center. We didn’t use the breakfast. The room was a bit tight, which is understandable given the historic building, so we made do. Nothing else disappointed us.

The location was excellent and the staff were always ready to help. Overall it was nice. The shower was far too small – a 17‑inch shower is hard to use – and there was no elevator.

The hotel’s proximity to the station and the vaporetto to the islands is convenient. The breakfast room in the opposite hotel is very nice. The reception staff are young and welcoming. The room felt a little small.
