The location was excellent, just a short walk from the ferry. The staff were friendly. The internet was unreliable, cutting in and out, and the dining room played an American song that made some diners, proud of their nationality, feel a bit upset.

The hotel’s proximity to the ferry terminal made it perfect for those arriving in the evening and heading to Gros‑Morne the next morning. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, the staff were wonderful, the rooms were spacious, and they even had laundry machines for guests.

The on‑site restaurant was convenient. We had to wait a long time for a table, and many menu items were sold out.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The restaurant could have stayed open past 8 pm; arriving from the ferry at 7 pm left us with very little time.
