“Will not stay there anymore”
The room had a terrible smell that made it difficult to sleep, and overall it was not comfortable.

The location was close to the event we attended, but my husband found urine marks on the bathroom door, and the loveseat in the room looked very old, so we didn’t sit on it.

The hotel wasn’t cleaned; there were obvious signs of dirt. The phone in my room never worked, and when I asked for a different room nothing was done. The staff were not pleasantly helpful, and there was rat poop on my bed. I asked for another room and was completely ignored. I believe I’m entitled to a refund for this horrible stay.

Clean and well lighted. Breakfast area needs more seating. Breakfast was until 9 and should be monitored more closely to keep stocked. When we came down at 8:20 there was 1 sausage and 2 omelette left and no more was put out

I had booked a room for 3 nights for my son's wedding. When I got there the man at the front desk said they had just canceled my reservations due to the fact I was an hour late to check in . The man at the desk was amazing and did everything he could to reinstate my reservations, not only were the hotels full due to the wedding but they had a tournament also and there weren't any other vacancies. He did reinstate my reservation and at the original price. The rooms were clean, breakfast was nice and the staff were AMAZING. Thank You for making my stay memorable without stress. I will be back!
