“Satisfactorio”

My room was in perfect condition, and the receptionist always treated me with a great attitude; I would return. However, the TV remote was worn and some buttons didn't work fully; the shower head sprayed water very diffusely and should be replaced, though the water pressure was fine; there was no air conditioning, which would be a big plus but would also raise costs.

I didn't use breakfast, but the location is excellent. Cleaning needs improvement: in the bathrooms I found hair and some dirt, and on the beds and pillows there were also hair and a bug like a cockroach.

It was very close to the center, making it easy to get to many places; there are metro and bus stations nearby, which helps a lot. Although I considered the room safe, the door lock was a bit old compared to others and it scared me a little at first; another thing that definitely needs improvement is that, due to the location, many young people use the hotel to hang out with their partners, and on the first night I heard annoying noises; they should assign guests staying multiple days to rooms farther from those who are just passing through.
