The location was close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants—no car needed, everything was within walking distance, and I loved the fire pit in the courtyard. We had an issue with the elevator, but the staff were extremely accommodating and let us use the stairs.

The property advertised a microwave, but it was missing. I booked a balcony city view room and had to argue with the front desk, who insisted I didn’t.

Breakfast hit the mark for me, and the staff were friendly and quick to address any questions. When I mentioned that one elevator door was stuck halfway open, they responded right away. The gym had everything I needed, was spotless, and well kept. The downside was that having one of the two elevators out of order was really annoying during peak times.
