Very nice, clean place, host was very welcoming and helpful. Just a 5‑minute walk from the beach. This place is also very secure – you go through 3 keyed doors. Highly recommended!

The room was really tidy, but the view was lacking.

The accommodation was lovely, with a large room and bathroom, comfortable beds, a nice trail, a fridge, a washing machine, and a coffee machine for general use, plus a good coffee bar for breakfast around the corner; it was just 5 minutes to the centre and the beach. The only downside was the loud other guests at 1:00 am who were not considerate.
Super pleasant stay for good money, always clean.
The room is great, the car park was perfect for our motorbike. We liked being able to use the shared kitchen and the washing machine. There is a lovely terrace where we ate breakfast. Everything is spotlessly clean and modern, the bed comfortable. This is prefect for the train to visit Rome. Also, there are lots of places to eat at if you don't want to cook. We think it is great to have the option to cook. Mirko was great at communicating, He met us outside to show us where to park. Nothing to dislike
