Good. Nothing

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the absolute chaos that was our stay at this Oyo hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that things were off. Our room was bare-bones - no towels, no toiletries, not even a water bottle. And don't even get me started on the narrow passages leading up to the stairs, which made it a nightmare for my elderly family members. The service was sloppy, to say the least - food orders took an hour to arrive, and even then, it was often cold.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the heart of the city. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired - it was just average, nothing special. But what really stood out was the hygiene issue, which needs serious attention. The bathroom was particularly bad, with a strong stench coming from the WC area that was pretty off-putting.

I was really impressed with Hotel Gardenia - the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were spotless. The hotel's garden was a lovely oasis, and the air conditioning and free WiFi were a big plus. The only downside was a bit of a network issue, but it wasn't a major problem and the staff were working on it. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it.
