“Horrible”
The location was awful. The room pictures were misleading, and the whole area felt like a bad part of town. The rooms smelled like smoke, and an alarm kept going off all night.
The location was fine, but the stay was very disappointing. The room was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly—urine in the toilet that hadn’t even been flushed, a strong cigarette odor throughout, unclean sheets, a dirty floor with visible hair, and no shampoo or hair dryer. For the price paid, this level of cleanliness and lack of basic amenities was completely unacceptable; the room should have been inspected before check‑in.
“Better staff interest in guest comfort.”
The room looked freshly renovated and came with a solid cable package, which was great.
Nothing good to say, the room was empty and there was no blanket; my room wasn’t ready.

I stayed at this place and it was a nightmare – roaches everywhere and the cover was filthy. The bathroom was a mess, and everything else was dirty. !!!!!!!!
