Everything: location, cleanliness, bed comfort, great shower and spacious hot‑water massage. The room was well furnished, and the hosts were very courteous. Nothing to complain about—everything was excellent!
Everything was fantastic, a dream! Francesco welcomed us wonderfully and suggested a perfect restaurant for what we wanted; we ate great food and met some amazing people.

We had an excellent stay. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The jacuzzi and sauna were definitely some of our favorite features and made the experience even more enjoyable. Francesco and Erika were wonderful hosts, always kind, attentive, and ready to help us with anything we needed. They also welcomed us with Prosecco and some cookies, which was such a lovely touch and made us feel at home from the very beginning. The location is also excellent: close to the sea, the city center, supermarkets, and local markets, so everything you need is just a short distance away. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again

The renovation on a small space worked very well, stylish and fully equipped. It’s a quiet, clean spot right on Palermo’s most beautiful square, Piazza Magione. Francesco as host is the best fit. Perfect!

We had an excellent stay. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful, perfect for relaxing.
