The location was great, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and more. The front‑door card reader sometimes failed, which caused me to worry I wouldn’t be able to re‑enter the hotel.

The location was excellent. Nothing else to add.

Great stay at Iron32 Hotel. Location is closer to the bridge/river so prime if you are there during the lantern festival. It's on a quiet street but a short walking distance to a few night markets as well as some local restaurants. The staff was very responsive though WhatsApp but is not in house all day. Ins and outs day and nights are easy via key card at the doors. It's very picturesque hotel with a nice lounge/cafe/bar on the bottom and lobby/overlook on the 2nd floor. Like many hotels in Chaing Mai, this hotel does not have an elevator. I stayed on the roof apartment so 4 sets of stairs but loved the private space on top. But note that it can get hot. But the room has blackout blinds as well as 2 AC units to keep it as cold as you like

I got a great deal here—cheap, well‑located, and the rooms were fine, nothing to gripe about, except the cheapest room lacking a window, which isn’t ideal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its ideal location and the hassle-free experience it provided. The value for money was excellent, and I found it to be a great find. However, I did notice that the lack of an elevator might be a challenge for some guests. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
