Hotel Horizont!

The receptionist needs to learn how to speak to guests. If I had been alone, I would have explained it to him. Breakfast made me feel better about my military life.

There is nothing positive to write about this place or this hotel. It is a complete nightmare; the rooms were filthy, the furniture was completely broken, the sockets were smashed, the toilet was broken, and there was no shower rail. When you shower, the whole bathroom floods and you have to walk through water. This is not a hotel, it’s just awful. The people running this business have no idea what should be provided for the money paid. The breakfast deserves special mention – it was cold and ordered from a local McDonald’s. And pay attention to the main issue: at 6 a.m. an unknown person, apparently in some state, started breaking into rooms and woke the entire floor, including me, my wife, my children, and my mother. Everyone on the floor woke up at half‑past‑five because a reception staff member was breaking into rooms. When I complained, it turned out that the person was a staff member of the same hotel, and he aggressively insisted he was right and that people had a plane, so he decided to wake them up, even though they had nothing to do with a plane. I was denied a refund.

Breakfast was good and well prepared. The beds were comfortable. You can walk to the airport easily.

Everything was great, the staff were very polite and helpful, and they really assisted us.

Only the location mattered. The front door was locked, so we had to enter through a back entrance; at reception we were not warned that breakfast wouldn't be available even though the room was booked with breakfast, and the staff spoke to us informally. The room was dirty.
