This B&B was perfect for the Umbria Jazz, just 1.5 km from the Santa Giuliana arena and easy to walk to. After the concert we grabbed a cocktail in the bar below the B&B, and breakfast was served in the bar under the room. Inside the room there’s a penguin that cools and dehumidifies, and the private bathroom is right next to the room’s door. Everything was fine!

The staff was very relaxed and the location was convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom—though separate from the room—was nice and well equipped. Breakfast from the bar offered many tasty options. However, the room lacked a proper AC and a standard lock on the bathroom door.

The host was super helpful and the breakfast in the bar under the apartment was great. He also gave us tips for a fantastic dinner. It’s in the heart of Perugia. The house feels a bit old, and all the bathrooms are outside the rooms but in a separate area.

The location is very convenient for reaching the center. The room was tidy and clean, and the bar right below was great. The check‑in was confusing: the time and the person who should greet us weren’t clear, so we waited a long time at the bar. The same happened with breakfast (included): they assured us there would be gluten‑free options at the bar, but the baristas weren’t informed, so they couldn’t provide them.
