The bed was comfortable and the hotel was silent, but there was no soap or shampoo, and the towel was torn; still, I would rent again.

The location was good, the room spacious, the bathroom fine, there was a gym in the hotel, a restaurant attached, and the cleaning staff were very polite—great choice in São Paulo, though the bathroom door didn’t close properly.

The room was clean and spacious, but the blackout curtain was too small.
