A clean apartment. Carolina is a friendly woman who is ready to help. She treats guests to homemade apfelstrudel at breakfast. We could park our car on the premises. We enjoyed the hospitality and the beautiful surroundings of Levico.

The property sits between the lake and the city centre, each just about 8 minutes on foot, and it’s impeccably clean; the breakfast is solid and Carolina, the host, is genuinely kind. Parking is conveniently located a short 2‑minute walk away.

Camera minimal,spaziosa e pulita. Letto comodo e spazioso. Colazione abbondante, con prodotti locali freschissimi (frutta km 0), strudel fatto in casa e opzioni senza lattosio. Ampio Parcheggio privato a 2 passi dalla struttura. Carolina, la proprietaria, ci ha fatto sentire a casa con la sua simpatia,gentilezza e disponibilità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Everything about the stay was perfect, and Carolina, the owner, was fantastic and helped make it unforgettable. We stayed with a 5‑month‑old baby and wanted the utmost convenience: not only did we have everything we needed, it even surpassed expectations. The room was very spacious, newly renovated with carefully chosen furnishings, immaculate—especially important with a small child, no dust at all; the breakfast was spectacular, with fresh local fruit, brioche, and fresh pastries from the oven, plus any other breakfast item you could wish for. The cherry on top was the location, which is ideal for reaching both the lake and the city centre, as well as various restaurants. A well-stocked supermarket is just a few steps away. In short, a nearly luxurious stay at an incredibly affordable price. Parking is a short walk from the building, in an exclusive garden with a well‑kept lawn. A special thanks to Carolina, who is friendly, sunny, organized, and always ready to help. We can’t wait to come back! We were fine in every respect.
