We were allowed to check in one hour early. We went over our stay again and must say we were absolutely not satisfied. The price‑performance did not match. The apartment was clean, but it smelled very musty/moldy and damp, something you could also notice in the bed linen and your own clothes. The kitchen drain had a terrible odor. The furnishings were very basic and partly in bad condition, as if they were worn out or broken. Even bedside lamps were missing. Wires from the wall (in the shower area and hallway) also gave a poor impression. A wardrobe or at least a coat rack was missing. No one can explain why a small cut‑out in the bathroom window no longer provides privacy because it was cut out. We travel a lot, but we haven’t experienced anything like this before. Replies to criticism via email are never made; the email was deleted according to the transmission log. That’s just how it’s done.

The apartment is reasonably large and has everything needed for a self‑contained stay. The email communication and then the reception desk were not really competent.

There is a train connection right in front of the accommodation. The place was clean. The facilities were sparse and cheap, the furniture was poorly assembled. There was no TV reception, and the bathroom smelled bad.

Wir waren mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber, geräumig und gemütlich, und alles war vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Es gab ausreichend Geschirr und Kaffeefilter. Besonders schön war die große Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Reinigungskräfte – das Apartment war wirklich sehr sauber. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir bereits vor dem Check-in unser Gepäck an der Rezeption abgeben konnten. Das war für uns sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service🙂. In der Spülmaschine fehlten Spülmaschinentabs. Außerdem wäre ein großer Spiegel in voller Länge eine schöne Ergänzung🙂
