It feels like an authentic Ticohotel where you can mingle with locals, the breakfast is good and the view is lovely.

“This was one of my favorite stops while traversing the country.”

The property was very clean and neat, the landscaping was lovely, and the pool was large and clean. It was next door to a little convenience store.

“It turned out to be a satisfactory stay”

I spotted a nice view of the lake and the restaurant was just a short walk away, plus breakfast was on the house. However, nobody was there when I arrived, and the staff seemed clueless about my arrival; the owner even admitted he didn’t know we were coming.

“A unique location with wonderful views across the pool to the lake”

Perched atop a hill, this hotel boasts breathtaking lake views that are simply stunning. However, getting there can be a bit of a challenge, as the driveway is alarmingly steep, making it a bit of a white-knuckle ride. Despite the harrowing entrance, the scenery from the top is well worth it. Overall, it's a trade-off I'm willing to make for the picturesque vistas.

“We had hoped to see alien spacecraft hovering over the lake. We didn’t. But we saw a beautiful lake and enjoyed a comfor”

I was pleased to find that the hotel lived up to its promise of a beautiful lake view and a well-kept property with a warm and welcoming staff. The overall experience was pleasant and met my expectations, with no major disappointments.
