Good for a one‑night stay after a late flight; the staff were very helpful. The shuttle reservation process was unclear: the initial message said to contact via WeChat/WhatsApp but that didn’t work, yet the staff managed to book my shuttle.

The airport shuttle is efficient, the staff are nice and helpful, and even though there’s no food at the hotel, they helped me find delivery options or use the shuttle to get to and from the airport. The only downside is there’s no metro station nearby, but the shuttle still works well.

Free airport drop, hot water, and a big bed. The airport pick‑up failed; we tried contacting the hotel but couldn’t reach them, they didn’t answer WhatsApp, and we had to pay for a Didi ride.

De ligging nabij het vliegveld. De transfer rijdt in de ochtend niet structureel. Het is goed om van te voren je beoogde vertrektijd te bekijken, voordat je boekt. Er is geen eten te verkrijgen. De accommodatie ziet er niet uitnodigend uit, hetzelfde geldt voor de buurt waar het in ligt

The staff were friendly and promised a refund, but it never came and now they say they won’t. The place absolutely stank; I asked for a non‑smoking room but every room smelled of smoke, which made me feel unwell and I had to leave the same day. There were no nearby facilities—no restaurants or shops. Getting transport from the airport was hard; no one answered the number I was given and the vehicle they sent didn’t match the pictures.
