This spot feels like a modern woodland oasis, with rooms that shine clean and bathrooms that have been refreshed; every room comes with USB, USC, a lamp, and a surface charger. The Wi‑Fi is stellar thanks to Starlink, which is rare in the area. Breakfast was a highlight, offering plenty of cold choices, and the staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I couldn’t find anything to dislike.

The hotel was tidy, the owner was pleasant, and breakfast was available. The shower delivered strong pressure and plenty of towels. However, we paid for an Ocean View room and only saw a small window with trees and a nearby house; the hotel was almost empty, and we were placed side by side with a couple more guests, so we could see into the hallway from our door and hear everything. We tried to watch TV to mask the fan noise from the adjacent room, but only old shows were on and there was no live TV, so we turned on our own fan to drown out the noise.

The rooms were clean and the location convenient. There was no elevator, so carrying bags up a long staircase was a chore. Our “sea view” room actually looked out onto a Quonset hut. There was no formal restaurant, and breakfast was self‑serve and cold.

The lodge‑like, vintage charm of the place is genuine, and the management truly cares about guest comfort. The rooms are cozy, spotless, and nicely updated, and the whole building looks immaculate. The free continental breakfast is a great bonus. I highly recommend it.
