The host let us drop off our luggage very early, which made sightseeing easier, and the flat’s location is fantastic—close to everything important, yet a bit off the beaten path so it’s not too touristy or crowded.

I was genuinely impressed by Francesca’s friendliness, the way she handled everything, and her know‑how as our host; she was excellent and always ready to help make the stay great. Nothing negative.

The location was perfect, and the lady at reception was very kind and super helpful. No issues.

I liked almost everything. The only thing that struck us Brazilians was the size of the shower box; the shower needs to be replaced.
