The room was spacious and very calm, with well‑equipped facilities that I liked, though the location was not ideal.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room only had instant coffee and no cups, so I had to drink it in a paper cup.

The room was spotless and roomy, no complaints there, but at night the karaoke on the upper floor started and the noise was loud; the staff tried to help but it was still a nuisance.

My wife said it was unpleasant that the lotion with Kobukuro still had a used tube left in the room and it hadn’t been replaced.

The hotel was very comfortable, had great equipment and was quiet, plus there was a parking lot.
