Showed up and the room I’d booked wasn’t there. Service was terrible, staff seemed annoyed and didn’t help much. Ended up staying in a different room that was barely up to standard.

Staff were friendly and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast, however, was missing key items like cheese, ham, yogurt, juice, and a single can of soda was 10 reais – not worth it.

The location is great – close to everything. Unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful and the building itself feels a bit run down. Not the best experience overall.

Breakfast had a good variety, the place is in a prime spot and the staff were friendly. The downside? A strong sewage smell in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush properly, which was annoying.
