The spot is right in the city center, and Martha is very helpful and attentive.

The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. The receptionist’s attitude was terrible—poor service, bad mood, it seemed she wasn’t paid enough or was upset about working there.

The staff were very attentive, but the TV couldn't connect to the internet and there were no channel options.
