Overall, the best hotel I stayed in Cairo during my visit. The hotel welcomed us warmly and offered a nice cold drink; the room was super clean. Most importantly, the water pressure was perfect. They have the most amazing hospitality and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended. Nothing to fault on the property; everything was great.

Great location with downtown and metro walkable, friendly staff, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. As others have said, don’t be put off by the entrance; inside it’s really nice. We enjoyed our stay. There was a mild smell of food in the room that must have come from the restaurant below. It wasn’t significant, but it was noticeable.

Location. Very lively and central neighborhood: restaurants, grocery store nearby. Cleanliness. Staff friendliness. I strongly recommend. Nothing, everything was top.

The spot is spot on, and breakfast was pretty solid. The room and bathroom were spotless and newly updated, but they’re cramped and lack a table for eating. A bidet kept leaking, flooding the floor whenever the tap was turned on. The building’s main entrance feels ancient, narrow, and dirty, with an old elevator that only fits one person at a time.

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan hanımefendi, sabah resepsiyonundaki bayan görevli ve kalıplı/yardımsever erkek personel çok nazik ve ilgiliydiler. Check-in saati geçmesine rağmen odada havlu yoktu ve saç kurutma makinesiyle kurulanmak zorunda kaldık. Saat 16:00'da havlu istediğimde akşam vardiyasındaki zayıf erkek personel çok sert bir üslupla havluların hazır olmadığını söyledi. Saat 22:00'de döndüğümüzde ise 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen sadece 2 adet yırtık ve grileşmiş havlu verildi. Akşam çalışan bu personel son derece kaba ve ilgisizdi; kendisiyle konuşurken telefonuyla ilgileniyor, İngilizce iletişim kurmaya çalışmamıza rağmen umursamıyordu. Ayrıca odadaki havalandırma çok yetersizdi, gece duvardan üzerime sıva parçası düştü. Yorgan ve yastık kılıfları düzgün takılmadığı için gece kaydı. Genelde tüm otellere 10/10 veren biriyim ancak bu deneyimden hiç memnun kalmadım
