The facility sits in a strategic spot for visiting Kilkenny, is exceptionally well‑maintained and clean, and gave us a comfortable, welcoming stay. A special thanks to David, the owner, for his kindness and quick help; his advice was invaluable. We’ll definitely recommend the place to friends.

“Brandschone slaapplek, centraal gelegen met heerlijke bedden”

The house was freshly renovated with spotless rooms, a nice bed, and a beautiful bathroom. The owner is very friendly and parking is close by. The only tip for future guests is to bring a small bag for a one‑night stay, so you don’t have to haul the whole suitcase up the room; otherwise, no reason not to book.

“Great location and a comfortable room.”

The property is well‑situated near the medieval town centre, shops, and restaurants; we could drop and load our bags at the door and the paid parking was cheap and close. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. Just be aware there are stairs— we were on the top floor, three flights up. David, our host, helped carry our bags, so it wasn’t a real problem.

“Excellent place to stay.perfect”

Very central, but the plastic roof lights were noisy and I woke up at 4 am to the sound of rain.
