I enjoyed the ground‑floor room nearest the lobby—it was very comfortable—and they even arranged a motorbike for me, which was great; breakfast was delicious too, and there was nothing else to complain about.

In a historic house on the Nam Khan River in Luang Prabang, the room décor and street‑view balcony are lovely, and the staff is as friendly as always in Laos, but the hotel’s common areas are somewhat limited and the spa is unaffordable.

The vibe was very cozy and homey, the room was spotless and the spot was perfect. The Red Roses restaurant blew us away with its Lao dishes. If we ever head back to Luang Prabang, we’ll definitely book Burasari again. The downside was the ground‑floor room buzzed with road noise and the floor above creaked; we’ll pick an upper floor next time.
