The parking lot and valet attendants were amazing, and the reception staff were outstanding.

I wish the room had a cozy, soft blanket in the closet just in case; otherwise, the room was perfect.

The room was super comfy and the city view was amazing; I found it very relaxing and made good use of the gym, spa, and pool.
