I had to cut the trip short after one night because the heating didn’t work, it was cold even with a small heater, the TV was broken, communication was hard, and I received a refund for the night.

The staff were friendly and the service good, but getting to the hotel was a hassle.

Nothing positive. The breakfast that had been booked was not served, and the staff couldn't communicate. Simply a huge disaster. The attached photo shows the view from the room.
