I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a clean and cozy room that exceeded my expectations. However, our initial check-in was delayed, which left us feeling a bit embarrassed due to the lengthy wait time. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel's cleanliness and overall ambiance made up for it, making our stay a memorable one.
