The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and an en‑suite bathroom. It also had a kitchen with two induction hubs, a washing machine, and all utensils. A fridge and microwave were available, plus a TV with many channels and Netflix. There was space to work too. Plenty of street parking was available, and I was able to park right outside the house. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

Exactly as described: clean, well equipped, and well located with a 10‑minute walk to the station and Sainsbury's Local. Free street parking was a huge bonus. Check‑in instructions were clear and everything worked. Nothing significant was wrong. It is very cosy (as described!) but it works perfectly if you’re just using it as a base for visiting London.

A room that felt cozy and was super convenient for the Epsom racecourse. If I wanted to be picky, the headboard on the bed was missing, which I have at home. The Wi‑fi was subpar; my phone never got a full signal.
