The spot is great and the staff are friendly, but the rooms need upkeep—walls are peeling a bit, the taps don’t drain, and the bathroom accessories are hanging off.

I liked the location, but the shower was awkward to use and the power points were hard to reach, especially for charging my iPhone and iPad. I was very disappointed that we couldn't get breakfast on our last day; I had contacted the concierge the day before because we had an early start to catch a flight, and I was told breakfast began at 7 am, yet we had to leave before that. I was not told that a breakfast box was available, only informed just before we left the hotel. I asked for a refund but was only offered a voucher for future stays. The staff member was abrupt, adamant, and unwilling to accommodate us, though he gave us a cup of coffee and tea when I insisted. Not happy.
